Jennifer is a darling friend of mine from the gym. I'm so grateful that she trusted me with her cake, it was such a lovely wedding and I was so lucky to be a part of it. Here we have 250 cupcakes in four flavors, vanilla cake with purple vanilla buttercream, churro cupcakes with dulche de leche filling and cinnamon buttercream, german chocolate cupcakes with pecan-coconut filling and dark chocolate ganache and dark chocolate cupcakes with strawberry buttercream filling and dark chocolate ganache. phew!!! The top tier of the stand is a dark chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream covered by marshmallow fondant decorated with a freehand black royal icing lacey/webby pattern that I like ever so much. There are so many run on sentences here I feel like I should probably just shut up.
