Flavorification

I pride myself on making cakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful, sometimes even more so.  I use marshmallow fondant rather than the hard, icky stuff that everyone scrapes off & leaves on their plate.  Marshmallow fondant provides that smooth finish that's so pretty, but stays soft & tastes great.  It can even be made chocolate which (I think) tastes even better, kind of like tootsie rolls.  I love to customize a cake to fit the couple, using their favorite things, ideas, loves, hates, experiences etc to create something that simply makes their day.  I'm willing to try anything & love to combine cakes, fillings & frostings in unique ways that help make your cake, whatever the occasion, unforgettable.
