Chocolate overload is what we call this one; it's a chocolate cake with vanilla bean syrup and mint chocolate ganache, covered with a rich chocolate glaze.
celeste, i was wondering if you could give me a call, i have a friend in charge of a cake decorating class, she is looking for someone to teach it? its only for like 45 min -1 hour, one time, i dont know if you would be interested or could point her in the right direction. :) but if you could call and let me know, that would be great. :)
